Orders made before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) will be shipped the same day, during weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hrs during weekdays via FedEx, USPS or UPS. We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

Warranty
If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty during the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem. Please check everything carefully after you receive the parcel, as any damages except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) are not covered if it's the fault of the consumer. Replacement products are provided with the same warranty as the returned products.
